WebGranulosa cell tumors (GCT) derive from the ovarian mesenchyme and sex cords. [1–4] It accounts for approximately 70% of all sexual stromal tumors and 5% to 8% of all ovarian tumors. [1–4] The endocrine function of GCT can lead to early endocrine-related clinical symptoms, which is beneficial to the early diagnosis of this disease.
